Brodie comes highly recommend as he was punctual, professional and super clear in helping me to understand all the relevant details concerning the problems with my solar hot water system. Great service provided by Woden Valley Plumbing and Gasfitting to a water leakage emergency we had at our home.The Receptionist was most polite and very helpful in booking call-out. The tradesmen arrived right on time as arranged and were very quick to identify the fault. They advised us of cost, provided a good value for money solution, and set about the tasks once given the go-ahead. Works were completed within the allotted time and all waste materials were removed. Have just used Woden Valley Plumbing for my second middle of winter heater emergency and they were fantastic! They got me in super quick and fixed my heater power. While there Jake cleaned out the vents and tested the heater to make sure it was working ok which was a great bonus! Both occasions they have been on time, clean and tidy and make booking and appointments really easy for someone working full time. Would highly recommend

This is the second time we have used Woden Valley Plumbing - the first time -after some under house flooding where we required some extensive altering to our storm water system they did a tremendous job getting us out of trouble. This latest job was a simple job fitting some new taps. These guys are great - they do professional work, on time and with a pleasant attitude. Andrew got me out of trouble last Saturday done a great job in repairing my blocked sewer.. I was a construction supervisor and involved in all sorts of drainage and trenching in some very difficult locations. I found Andrew to be as professional as any I came across in my 30 years in the industry very polite and trustworthy. I would recommend Andrew and his crew .Ps better get a new watch Andrew.

Rang in early Jan as we arrived home to find our evaporative cooling not working in 35 degree heat. They came out within 2 hours of calling, identified the fault and fixed the problem. Highly recommended!

Overall a very pleasant experience dealing with the Company. Experienced trades was quickly able to establish the fault in our evaporative cooling. Further they provided a compedative quote for a replacement unit and were able to give us an installation date quite soon given it was the busiest period for their business (peak summers). We are now awaiting the installation which was booked in by their friendly receptionist.

The Woden Valley Plumbing and Gasfitting team were fantastic to deal with. They were engaging and responsive from the initial call. My hot water unit was on its last legs and with a family of five I was keen to have it replaced. I had a technician visit the same day to inspect the unit and reassure me it wouldn't burst!!! I then had a replacement unit installed the following day. The team were professional, they explained the options that were available and that would suit my family needs and they installed the unit without fuss. Best customer service I have received during my first 12 months in Canberra - highly recommend them.

I was very pleased. I had to arrange a gas heater fix and replacement while interstate. Woden valley did a great job handling the work, and getting it done without any problems. They were good at managing the work which was important as I was not ale to be at the house when they did it.So very good service and price. They give the type of service that most other Canberra companies seem unable to provide. So keep it up,, I rarely get good service in Canberra, thankfully this was one of those times.. thanks Glenn P.

I can recommend Woden Valley Plumbing & Gasfitting for the service/repair of Brivis ducted gas heaters. Our heater was having problems during the start up sequence. WVP&G were able to schedule a service in a few days time and the technician, Josh, turned up at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it by cleaning the flame detector. Josh was both efficient and knowledgeable and we were very happy with the service provided.
