I am writing to thank you and commend you for outstanding service.
My old hot water heater failed today. I called you, you asked clear questions so that you could help me, and you advised that a qualified person could attend the next day between 9 and 10 (not the more commonly encountered four hour band).
I then reconciled myself to, and endured, one cold shower (not so bad in retrospect but it seemed like the end of the world at the time).
Just as I was leaving for work you called and advised that a cancelled job meant that someone could come within 30 minutes. They came sooner than that.
The tradesman is named John. He is excellent. He knows what he is doing, deals well with people (both myself and the tradesman who turned up with the new unit), and was respectful of previous tradespeople who may or may have not been as competent as he in relation to some other plumbing matters to which he attended. If ever I need your services again, I want John.
Just after I arrived at work you called me to confirm pick-up arrangements for the old heater. The battery in my phone failed before I could pass on the above praise.
