I just want to commend you on the choice of employee – Phil Meany is an absolute asset to your business.
He has be one of the most pleasant, professional and friendly tradesman I have ever come across.
It is obvious that he enjoys what he does and that includes working for you.
He couldn’t speak highly enough of his employer and his love for his job and that speaks volumes in today’s society!
If ever there is an award in the plumbing world for an outstanding employee, I believe you should nominate Phil and I would be the first to offer the support of a reference!
Please congratulate him for me as he ensured that if I ever need further assistance from a plumber – your business will be the first I call. (and the fact that he flicked me a fridge magnet to remind me who came to the house will assist my memory immensely).
