Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to bring your attention to the excellent work of your technician Phillip on the Saturday, the 30th of August, 2014. On this day I returned from my 2 month’s overseas trip and I was not able to bring to life my ducted gas heating and hot water systems. I called your company for help. Phil was on the phone and told me that he will be coming soon. He came ahead of scheduled time(!) and very quickly fixed all my problems! Again, it was the excellent work and again his response was very quick this Saturday! I am very grateful to him for his help! (Actually 2 years ago Phil also helped very quickly with my heating system when it was broken in very cold winter time!). So again thank you Phil very much for your work!
